WELCOME TO THE NXTGEN PROJECT

‘NXTGEN Project’ takes dancers to the next level, giving them exposure to an authentic production and audition environment guided by some of their favourite choreographers. 

Our history as working dancers, choreographers, directors and producers in theatre, screen and stage, has taught us that there are many aspects to becoming a working dancer that can simply only be taught on the job. That is why we are replicating a true rehearsal and production process. We focus on developing performance quality, confidence and the ability to learn and adapt quickly. We are all about creating a supportive and nurturing environment that ALL students can thrive in.

NXTGEN Project is a family business owned by BJ and Aeysha Rorke. They are passionate about developing the next generation of Australian and New Zealand dancers, as well as bridging the gap between dance studio training and the professional dance industry. Since January 2019, they have now toured this project to over 15 cities and the feedback has been truly humbling.
