Refund Policy

'NXTGEN Project' Refund Policy:

If you cancel up until four weeks prior to the commencement of the program, you will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Alternatively, you may utilise the entire amount paid towards any future event (within 18 months of the date of cancellation).

Refunds or transfers will not be processed after the four-week cancellation window. In the event that we cancel a program for any unforeseen reason, a full refund will be issued. 

Times and locations may vary slightly from the 'info pack'. This will not warrant a refund.
